On A Perfect Day ~ Get Outdoors

When the day is too perfect to stay inside, I retreat to the backyard, and soak it all in.

Delicious autumn!
My very soul is wedded to it,
and if I were a bird
I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns.

~ George Eliot

  1. Beautiful! If I had an outdoor area like that I would be outside all the time too. :) Best wishes for a lovely day. Tammy

  4. Nothing like being outside - I can just let down and like you say "soak it in". What a lovely area to relax.

  9. What a peaceful place to settle down to write! We've had nothing but rain and persistent dampness over the past few days. While it's nice to have an excuse to stay indoors in our PJs for a day, catching up on indoor things...I'm eager to see the sun again!
